Han China is the period in China's history from the years 200 BCE to 200 CE. The Han Dynasty is often considered by historians (we included) as being the classical period of China's history, and a Golden Age.
Like Greece and Rome in the Mediterranean, Han China, at around the same time, was characterized by integrating devices and the development of great empires. The four artifacts shown below are a testament to these unifying themes about the empire, and bring us one step closer to understanding similarities around the whole world during the classical period. |
